General terms and conditions
If you decide to book a camping pitch at our campsite or a chalet, you can be sure there will be room for you. On the other hand, we do have to apply certain conditions so that we too can be sure of your arrival. We therefore recommend that you always take out cancellation insurance in addition to your travel insurance.
This is why we apply Recron terms and conditions.
It's easy to make a mistake! Therefore, we do not charge a change fee if you want to change the date (provided it falls in the same camping year). On the other hand, we can also be wrong. Therefore, we reserve the right to correct any errors in our booking system.
Please note: from season 2023 onwards, we too are forced to watch the little things. That is why electricity is not included for no reason, but limited to 4 kWh per day at 6 amps and 5 kWh at 10 amps. But don't worry. In normal use, this is more than enough! We have to do this to prevent guests from using electric heaters and floor heaters. This is not allowed.
